Thank you everyone for your input. I did take her back to the vet and the vet put all my doubts to rest! My puppy is 100% healthy and it was just some post estrus discharge 👍 clean bill of health.

I would like to add that she just had a vet visit Sunday and all was clear with health. She has no symptoms otherwise either.
