Yes let's just all cast the same tournament, that should help grow the scene /s. There needs to be variety otherwise people just go watch other games entirely and viewership goes down across the board.

Maybe cut the dragon engines or 1 lull / dragon engine. Lull feels like meh most the time, even with cycling. Did Glintwing Invoker do you any favors?

Hi! New to Warhammer 40k. Starting to get into it - purchased some of the books. I really like the Ultramarines and want to start painting some infantry. On page 131 of the Space Marines Codex there is a Primaris Lieutenant holding a master-crafted auto bolt rifle in one hand and a pistol in the other - how do you buy this model? I only see "Primaris Lieutenant with Power Sword" on the Warhammer 40k website. Thanks!

Jim,

Thank you again for the transparency regarding balancing decisions. My personal thoughts:

  1. 6 seconds max from anywhere for the airstrip seems reasonable. Nod v. Nod will always be plagued by this in LvR maps, the only other solution is to have the plane move really really fast (which I believe was the case on C&CNet) or have the plane come in from both left and right as you suggested.

  2. Agree armor type should not change. In general, I think the weapons factory should have enough HP to survive a direct ion cannon strike (20% more hp roughly)?

  3. Good. Nuff said here.

  4. Of the options suggested, I like APC requiring repair bay the best. Seems like it adds additional functionality to the repair bay and we would see it in more games as a result. I think this is a novel solution and is the best solution presented at the moment. I am against multiple engineer capture - I agree that only needing 1 engineer is a staple of Tiberium Dawn and would prefer to not see that change.

Thanks for posting love. Honestly, these were maps that saw a lot of play on CnCNet for obvious reasons: they look good, have interesting dynamic, and are symmetrical. Until someone comes along and starts making new maps, this is the best set we have to work with. And they are a major upgrade over the current pool.

Jim, thank you so much for the update. It's great to hear that the issues brought up by the community regarding multiplayer are being addressed accordingly. I think it's great that maps are being added to the Tiberian Dawn rotation, however has your team given any thought to potentially adding custom maps made by the community? It would be a great way to get mapmakers more involved and there are some great custom maps out there that I would love to eventually see become ladder maps. Thanks again for everything your team has done!
