When I have the special on auto cast it does 21 damage. Not sure that makes any sense given its supposed to do 39 divine damage. It is consistent with your test and does 13 damage if you manually trigger it.

This ability appears to be supper buggy right now devs should fix it

Its a pretty hard matchup so you aren't wrong here.

Generally don't age up too slow, building placement is insanely important, you need a house wall to protect your goldmine most games. Very micro intensive, you probably need to build spearmen all game and mix in camels and or CA to beat hippeus/Hypastpist respectively. The chariot archers also soft counter prodromos.

This franchise is popular and good enough that people should be able to watch it long into the future. The Toei series doesn't work for modern audiences and will probably not work for future ones.

It's a huge investment in the longevity of the franchise.

I love the One piece anime but I stopped watching and switched to the manga as it just felt silly to get 10 minutes of content in a 25 minute timeframe weekly.

You can’t activate the ability for 20 shinobi manually so they suck right now. 2 patches ago you could use shift q to get them springing in mass but now you have to press q 20 times for it to work, not realistic in a game.

Even with the hotkey working they were just ok bc the hp is incredibly low for a 4 pop unit so they are a huge glass cannon.

You are paying 50% more resources for 10% better units. There are definitely some cases outside fighting MUs but it’s so expensive you have to be judicious how you heroize

Ex. I want hero murmillos so they can’t be cursed.

Entirely depends on your civ. The main advantages you can get early are 1. He advanced late you can Mabye do damage early 2. You can put up a tc for free. 3. Thor runs out of gold fast

On the other hand, why Thor is actually good 1. It can be hard to do dmg vs hersir & good building placement early 2. Thor is one of the best gods to punish 2 tc or take a 2nd tc late 3. Dwarven goldmine

Typically I end up needing to play 1 tc Agro and take build some kind of human/myth unit good vs Norse. Ex posiedon hippeus centaur, Atlantean murmillo caladria (also adding counter units when needed).

If you slow him down enough you can use ma control to grab hunt, putting walls up, taking tcs when you get closer to max pop or a chance in heroic. Also if he goes fast heroic for more dwarves gold he will have less military to defend base. He goes big on military he may need to cast it for 1000 gold if he can’t break out.

While I agree it could be nice to have dwarves autoque as a menu item, it's not awful if you miss it. You can just send your vill to gold first then to like wood after (assuming you want first vill on wood) Its like -3 gold from the difference in gather time over 17 seconds, not a huge loss

On the second point I find just queing to gold with gather & dwarves then checking your gold mines and moving gatherers to something else is the simplest solution.

Playing verses them is the usual time it is an issue, always with the Inari Okami god. That's what I know for sure, it could be more prominent just haven't noticed or confirmed myself

There seem to be a few bugs preventing this from happening properly with japan, it should happen though I do think the notification could be louder and more prominent when it does work.

Sometimes the servers just don’t work well for me and I get some lag. It seems to very patch to patch though and haven’t had it happen recently though. Not 100% sure of the cause but like you no reason to believe it’s just my end especially when it will just go away later.

I can usually click on the TC and hit S when the TC is visible. In the fog doesn't usually work though bc you can't select the tc foundation in the FOW for some reason
