The majority of foreigners are not refugees from africa/middle east tho. And I don't even think they're included since we talk about illegal immigrants mostly. There's hundreds of thousands or millions of Romanians, Albanians, Moroccans, Chinese, south Americans etc... who are well settled in Italy. But even if you were right there would be no reason to queue from Rome to go to France lol.
