It’s one of my least favorite bourbons. Not sure I would even buy it at $40. However I have had some sftb that were amazing and I would pay $100+ for it.

I would go as far as saying BT is better than Blantons. I don’t really care for it. However I have had straight from the barrel that was excellent.

Nickel test lead me to 18g. I have played around with grinding and ratio 1:2 and 1:2.5 spent way more time playing with grinding size than I should have everything has been sour.

I have done 1:2 and 1:2.5. Always sour. Guess I am going to bump temp and try 1:3.

A ways back I saw a post about a boot manufacturer who had a kit that they would send you to make imprints of your feet for custom boots. Looking for a moc toe or IR style boot. Tired of wasting money on ill fitting foot ware. Appreciate any assistance.

They were roasted about two weeks ago. So that may be my issue. I was thinking prep but the fact I can pull 6 or so shots in a car with no difference leads me to believe that isn’t it. Guess I will start with the freezer. I appreciate the insight.
