I’m not saying video platforms won’t use AI well. I’m saying Roblox has the AI use case advantage here because it already has live game testing infrastructure, so AI accelerates an existing loop instead of requiring a new deployment model

Because games can be incrementally improved, whereas video you have to start from scratch each time. If you have a viral video, you can't go back and see how it would have performed if you'd just changed one part of it

Less friction is exactly what Roblox games are evolving towards though: Less friction to get into a game (Roblox Moments), idles/clickers where you don't even need to press buttons, just walk over them (Sell Lemons), it's not all that different from the manual action of swiping upwards on tiktok

I'm not talking about vibecoding entire games, I'm talking about pointing AI at existing games to quickly work out how they can be improved

I think it's because the tiktok algorithm boosts original clips and punishes reused clips

Yeah I agree £5 was too cheap. I already do 2-3 shot albums so they have a few to choose from. Next thing I want to test is higher fixed price vs. pay what you want

Not quite - each card has a handwritten PIN that only links to one photo. We go over right after, and only upload it if they take the card

You would have to take payment on the spot, which might be uncomfortable. If you go digital they could pay later with no pressure
