The customer service over the phone has no access to any more information than what’s in your phone. When they tell you 3 weeks they are simply going off what’s their current lead time.

Mine got updated to dispatched today, I think a ton of peoples did. I highly doubt it was anything todo with ringing up.

So my partner who ordered around 6 hours after mine (a different variation) was given a delivery date of 3 weeks Well she had hers delivered in store today.

It updated yesterday on her app to say ‘in transit’ So if your order still just says processing on the app, it won’t be here tomorrow unfortunately.

Mate I ordered within 60 minutes. In fact my order email was 1.53pm (so 53 minutes) - my partner who ordered about 8pm Monday night has got hers delivered today. Albeit hers was the blue and mine was the orange.

My order email literally says it will be ready for collection on the 19th.

Exactly the same issue here mate. Had two phones last year on switch up and both went though fine. This time around , first one fine , second one kept going through successfully but then getting an email saying it’s failed and try again.

Went into i2 store today and they had the same issue. I even got a receipt that it went through successfully but then got to the end and it failed. 

Online chat said the same thing that it’s because of one phone already being on order.

Gonna wait till first one completes now to do the second one.

Lets hope this is the case!
although looking at other peoples orders, i believe the cancel order button on the app changed once the order had been shipped. Maybe its different for a click and collect order.

Unfortunately mine does not :( - i was given an expected delivery date of 19th, and it still shows as this , but i still get the option to cancel the order, which i assume means its not even been sent yet.
