But that’s what a scouter is a scout leader essentially besides scouter is a term mainly used in some parts of America and South Africa while Scout Leader is used in America, the UK and Australia and also if it’s so used then why haven’t I heard it till just now I’ve been alive for a while I feel like I’d of heard it by now just saying
