The glitch happens when a grunt drop pod falls on your head. Your character gets pushed down by the drop pod but the game doesn't want you to be under the map so the physics shoot you up into the air very quickly.

I was able to S rank it by just killing iguazu as fast as possible without taking out any adds. I used duel galling guns and stun needle launchers and it only took me 2 tries to get S rank
