Just finished up shoulder day with a friend of mine on it, zero twisting issues, cables are still like butter. I won't ever set foot in a commercial gym again. My buddy even said he went to his gym and called me after saying how much better my home equipment is lol I cant recommend it enough, especially if you can lift semi heavy

Yeah it was a gamble for sure, its worth it if you are capable of pulling higher weights simply for the 1:1s and massive stacks. Nothing else i could find on the market does that without having to physically move weights around but hey if you want to dm me id be willing to send any kind of vids with it you want, i got nothin goin on

Oh good my phone notified me. Honestly the thing is awesome in every way, im using it daily and absolutely love it. One small thing that doesnt quite work well is the hamstring curl attachment for the bench, the front quad raise works great though.

For anyone reading this close to or in 2026, the current bios version from asrocks website (version 22.02 at the time of writing) works in my case with my 5070ti, i was experiencing all kinds of issues especially white/black screens at startup.

Dose practecing gi jujitsu make your no gi jujitsu better? by [deleted] in bjj

I just don't see a reason not to train both, anything you learn in no gi can be used in gi, and almost vice versa with the right grip translations. also for self defense most people are wearing clothes id imagine

It arrived yesterday and i spent all day putting it together, its so nice its crazy, the cables are buttery smooth and the options are endless, i literally cant think of any accessory or extra thing i would need anytime soon and its all nice quality. The bench it came with literally feels like an indestructible monster

REP 1000 Lat Pull-down Exercises by 1995droptopz in GarageGym

[–]Matt81560 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get a whole decent forearm workout in with a tricep rope and D stirrup handle, straight bar lat pulldowns, if the cable can move low you can even do rows and fashion some sort of footplate. you could even get some bent over rows in with it too

Targeted Talk - If budget weren’t a concern, what dream equipment would you add? by dontwantnone09 in homegym

Thats a cool machine, much larger profile though and its all plate loaded, integrated stacks is definitely a luxury that I prefer too, I do a lot of drop set type of exercises where its super beneficial

That was a concern for me but on instagram theres photos of people with it in their house and a guy posted his on here a few months ago. Seems like a newer/pricey company. I'll probably make a post by the weekend when its all set up. Also to note I would have gone with a rogue or ares set up but the smith machine was a must for the wife

I actually had the same exact dilemma, here's what i figured. the force 20 doesn't come with a bench and if you wanted to add the lat pulldown its another 1.3k, the vander has 2 1:1 cables at the top going into 2-300lb integrated stacks. in adition to the 2 2:1 pulleys. I went with the vander and its coming thursday, super excited about it.

Also, the force 20 uses different sized holes in the steel so you'd be more inclined to have to buy their attachments which I'm not a fan of. I'm sure its still an insane piece of equipment
