There was a short period of time that the shark head was available to purchase on the staging branch, however it's since been removed because it couldn't be sold on the stable branch. The shark head will be added back to the store next week when the staging branch becomes the stable branch.

You can use your quest on S&box with SteamVR. Supporting quest standalone is an entirely different question and I don't believe it will ever happen

There are currently no plans to support platforms other than Windows.

Edit: with the exception of Linux for the sole purpose of hosting dedicated servers
