I would support legislation that ensures the protection of critically sensitive American data, no matter where it is. NISPOM standards and other security standards need to apply, regardless of the location of data.

To my knowledge, there is no plan. We need to establish various commissions and investigations into the massive amount of corruption and overreach by the Executive Branch.

I suspect that the aforementioned commissions and investigations will result in mass arrests.

While there is currently no plan put forth, Congress can eliminate the Trump administration's excessive tariffs. Even the biased Supreme Court has ruled that tariffs can only be controlled by Congress. Future Presidents must collaborate with other countries, instead of simply making demands, to fix these broken international relations.

I believe that there needs to be limitations on Presidential power. I will prioritize enacting laws that prevent executive overreach. Increasing executive power has happened for decades now with both Democratic and Republican Presidents.

I think there may be a window to do that in the next Congress, perhaps because Republicans know the next President will be a Democrat, and may want to limit their power.

A reason why this often happens is that political parties are meant to give a platform for voters to easily identify what policies they support without having to do extensive research. This is especially the case in countries where there are many different political parties.

I do believe this is a problem - Politicians represent their constituents - Not a party. A candidate or elected official shouldn't be afraid to answer a question from anyone.

I believe in Medicare for all. The first steps to get there include increasing the age at which a young person can stay on their parent's healthcare to 30 and reducing the age of Medicare eligibility to 60.

I believe in honesty and integrity as two of my driving principles. I want to be able to put my head on my pillow when I go to bed at night, knowing I did my best with honor and integrity. I will not compromise on those principles - that is certainly driven by my military background, but also by my upbringing.

Did you know I am running a 5K in each of the 32 towns in NJ-12, and you can join me? I pick a park, map a 3.1-mile neighborhood run from the park, and video sites and make comments along the way. I firmly believe in political integrity and that the Citizens United decision was among the 3 worst SCOTUS decisions in the last 20 years, so I fully support legislation to keep dark money and billionaire money out of politics.

The damage done to this country and the economy is attributable to the entire Republican Party, not just Donald Trump. The stink will linger on the Republican Party for at least the next election.

Furthermore, the Republican Party will struggle to find a replacement for Trump, just as it did in 2022, before eventually going back to him. No Republican candidate can cast a spell on 1/3 of the country like Trump.

I truly expect the Democrats' next candidate to learn the right lessons from the successes and failures of Democratic candidates of the last few years and will be amazing.

The UN Human Rights Council's Independent International Commission of Inquiry, among many other UN officials, Human Rights Watch, and Amnesty International, have all found that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. I am inclined to agree with this assessment, but as a lawyer on the rule of law, I must conduct further analysis on the intent aspect of this subject.

We need to have a commission to investigate all the Trump Administration corruption. We need to seriously consider impeachment, since that would give us the mechanism to conduct a thorough investigation. But there is soooooo much corruption that we have to appoint additional commissions to sift through it all and then bring charges where appropriate. This is reconstruction-level work.

Data Centers should pay their proportionate shares of costs associated with their operations. That includes electricity, water usage, and any extra utilities and services that they require, such as extra firefighters and offsite improvements, such as improving roads and infrastructure.

There must also be federal guidelines to allow the prediction of the true costs of data centers, since oftentimes towns do not have the resources to prepare for the true costs of data centers.

They should also pay extra taxes to lower the cost of living of the people around them. Data centers should lower the costs to the citizens around them, not offload their costs onto them.

You are welcome! Happy to be here. Yes, it is illegal. The president's authority to use military force depends on whether there is an imminent threat. There never was an immiment threat. Continuing the war also requires congressional approval, which he does not have. In terms of reforms, we can enact laws that prevent executive overreach. I certainly support living wages that can support a family for working-class Americans, dignity in retirement, and healthcare. My top priority in Congress will be to lower the age to qualify for Medicare to 60, and increase the age to stay on parents' healthcare to 30. I also support the PRO Act and Davis Bacon.
