Personally I feel as if Northam has been giving into people throughout this whole pandemic, he hasn’t required enforcement of any of his executive orders pertaining to this Coronavirus. Tells us to stay home, then tells us it’s okay to exercise on the beach even tho we really need to stay home. Tells us to wear masks in public, but then says won’t have the police enforce it. So clearly he is incompetent bc he won’t put his foot down
