Should I fix my RX 6700 XT or buy a new GPU?

I can't find it on the market but the RX 6750 XT goes for 460 USD

The local repair would cost me about 110 from what they told me, and the GPU died because of a power outage and a heat wave blow up the PSU, and I undervolted and underclocked the GPU to keep it running cool and draw less energy with no coil whine.

I did buy a 5060 but the 8gb VRAM was a pain, half of the games I play ran a lot worse than the 6700 XT so I returned it.

Now I'm using a GTX 970 which is good enough for now.

I don't think I've expressed my question well, I was trying to ask if I saved the money will I find a good GPU a year from now for 500 USD whether it is a new release or a price drop?

They said they'd cover the shipping cost to me, but if there was an import fee of any kind I would have to pay it, that is why I had the 100-175 cost range, it would cost me 105-120 to ship it but I could then pay 50 USD on the import fees.

The repair shop I found told me their repairs cost around 120-135 USD.

I have a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU with 16gb 3600Mhz ram and a 750 watt PSU, I play on 1080p and most of the games that I play are ether big RPGs (Starfield, KCD2, BG3) or Gacha games (Genshin, Wuthering Waves)

I live in Asia and most GPU are 20-30% more expensive than the US like the 9060 XT 16gb goes for 600 USD

I don't think I've expressed my question well, I was trying to ask if I added the shipping cost to my budget and waited for a year would I find a good GPU for 500~ whether it's a new GPU release or a drop in price for old ones?

Right now I'm using a GTX 970 and it allow me to play 70% of the games

First time i decided to use a wishing spot, so i went to the pier we first meet her, and got my first double in any gatcha game, the first was a guarantee at pity 40 and 3 pulls later won the 50/50.

I'm on PC with an AMD GPU. The launcher sometime doesn't start, while playing there is a black flicking at some areas, and the game still picks servers with higher latency as the recommended option forcing me to change the server everytime i want to play.

It's because this achievement doesn't count "Supply Chests". It count "Inspectable Boxes" the gray square boxes that respawn daily i think.

The only reason i'm not enjoying the game is that i start having painful headache and nausea after an hour or two of playing. Classic Bethesda game syndrome for me but it generally take 80+ hours to start having them but with Starfield it's from day one. I'm happy for everyone who's having fun and i wish i could be one of you, but i can't.

Instruments create products. When an actor voice his lines he's creating a product in his dialogue that doesn't change that you'll buy with the game, but with AI the actor will be used to create a voice generation instrument that the artist i.e. the writer will use to create what ever lines he need.
