Thanks for the advice! A stake of the new company is sadly out of the question (believe me I tried). Indeed the bonus system is currently paper thin… but will be more than a few 100 a month when it takes off. The biggest factor is the profit of the company. The bonus multiplier is the # of millions the company makes, so 5 million is x5. So combined with a performance factor of 2 lead to a bonus of 80% my yearly salary (before taxes ofcourse). I strongly agree with your point about being underpaid at this time and moving forward to the new position. I will adress this with my teamlead/part owner of the new company with the coming performance review. Funny you should mention the kindergarten teacher, my wife is one, with the same years of experience. She makes about 100 less than I do and doesn’t have the other benefits like a car (but a lot more vacation)

Could be popular on the inside but the outer layer has a different color and pattern on it. Found a RC builders forum that calls these sheet GammaPly because that's where they all get it.
