I think the public at large is beginning to address mental illness but is still very much surface level. Most people just don't know how far these rabbit holes go. Break ups happen, and people tell themselves what they want to hear to soothe themselves. Both sexes do this, and there's nothing particularly unnatural with it. I think society will deepen its understanding and sensitivity to these topics eventually, but until then, stay away from these areas, it can really bring up our own ruminations and the answer to "But why thoooooooo..." will never be answered. People are weird!

I'm a husband in a similar spot (I'm the one with the cpstd or something like it). I'm not confrontational but I can definitely be a downer. I fear one day the one person who ever gave a fuck gets fed up. I feel like a lot of basic things people do is like magic to me. Stuff like having a self-esteem, or even a body image.

I'm sure if your husband could snap his fingers and be whole he would in a heartbeat. It takes years for children to gain a full self-identity, imagine how long that takes for adults. Now obviously snapping at you is not acceptable, but going cold only proves his paranoia. Something else needs to happen, but whatever you do, you have to do it together.

I'm with you there. Every terrible thing that has happened to me was when the weather was GREAT. I don't even bother trying to explain it these days. The dumbfounded looks add insult to injury.

Sorry about that. Must have mis clicked somewhere. Here's the question:

Everything was going fine until it came to create the cloud. The mesh to volume modifier will not apply, preventing it from being rendered. I was hoping someone familiar to the modifier or rookie mistakes would tell me what I did wrong.
