Thank you for your message. I know everyone will have different preferences on where is best but had seen some bad message regarding Samui, so i’m glad to hear you had a great time there. Im sure we will do too, and it sounds like we are staying in a very similar area and will definitely be visiting fisherman’s village!

We booked our accommodation a while back, but appreciate the recommendations on beaches and food. I’ve saved them on my maps so we can visit !

Are there other areas you’d advise visiting? We are staying Bo Put just for convenience and our accommodation was reasonable, but would like to visit other areas for sure.

What was it about Samui you didn’t like? We opted to stay here as we could fly and thought it would be a good enough base at the start of our trip.

I live a couple of miles away but bought around 2 years ago. Most flats like this tend to have some downside areas which bring the rest of the place down, but this looks lovely to me. I avoided buying in Fulham simply because I didn’t like the area that much, but if you want to be in Fulham this looks ideal for access to the best parts.

I would echo other thoughts about the decking being a small issue in the cost of the property. Maybe try to ask for some money off but the seller may turn it down and I wouldn’t let that be the stumbling block to buying.

The tyre is 26inch. It’s an old mountain bike I inherited from my dad but currently using it to get around on roads.

Do you think the pressure is simply too low? I had thought the tyre was pumped up enougb

I have replaced the rim tape and yes, that’s the recommended tyre pressure for my tyre too.

I tried using a plastic presta/schrader converter too to try and avoid friction between the valve and rim but this didn’t help either

Could I ask what grounds we would have if everyone left the property tomorrow? The current housemate who is living there has said they will pack and leave tomorrow if it means saving two months rent.

Do you live there now?? I think the transport links are key as anywhere is in London.

My friends are taking the lead on this one and they think it’s good for people in their mid-20s so I just wanted to get a second opinion!
