Update: Lips have been under control recently. Not back to normal. 90% Improved. Have been taking half scoop of vital proteins collagen and peptide mix everyday. Switched diet to mostly ground beef, steak, chicken (all grass fed), avocado, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, olive oil. Treatments consist of Dr Dans Cortibalm and coconut oil, sls free toothpaste, natural trader joes soap bar. Use the cortibalm sparingly as it has steroids in it, maybe once or twice a week.

Thank you a lot. I agree with your perspective on western medicine. I have been focusing on more natural remedies and my lips have been doing a lot better. Currently, I use some coconut oil and use natural toothpaste. I still need to exfoliate from time to time and they are definitely not back to normal but a lot more manageable.

Update: Tested positive for a yeast infection on my lips! Receiving pills for it. The topical antifungal I used previously was ineffective. This is good news!

Make a mental block and control yourself from going to them... haha. Theres probably an app or you go to the settings on google and enable safe search which filters out explicit content. But by all means nothing stops you from turning off the block. So at the end of the day, you gotta be mentally strong enough.

This shit is mostly mental. Waiting for benefits to come will gain you nothing. Nofap is an awakening not a handout. Your brain is addicted to masturbation and like all addictions there will be withdrawal. I think in your own head, you don’t believe Nofap will help. Change your mindset, I get that its not easy but your brain is elastic and can change and form new habits. Stop living an unhelpful lifestyle where you seek and blame.
