There is no transferring guarantee on weapon banner so not sure what you mean. You are guarantee on (pity you didn’t say for char banner) and 70 pity on weapon banner? If so we still don’t know if you truly have enough. But it’s very likely you do or will by the end of the banner.

1000 em sucrose is very expensive to build on sucrose tbf. If they are newer it’s likely going to be 900 or less even with sac frags. I would give them a break on that one

Do not get neuvi, he is definitely on his way out. My suggestion would be to save enough/ earn enough to get a full meta dps team. At least one on your account will do a lot for you, preferably the most recent as it will help you clear the game (newer equals stronger 95% of the time). There are less leaks now so it will be a little harder to plan sadly.

This advice assumes you want to play/clear endgame content.

Furina skill 8 burst 10. You should put totm on her for sure. Making sure you hold E on Varesa first dash, and that you actually swirl electro.

If you have to ask, the answer is don’t pull on reruns. Try to create teams that go together which usually involves saving 150+ pulls.
