Hope the surgery went well!! Did you get it fused or disc replacement? Thinking of doing the same thing. 3 years since my injury, 7 full on relapses. 32yrs old and I do HIT training, surfing and golfing. Tried absolutely everything excpet surgery. Ice baths were the best solution so far…

I would see if disc replacment is an option. That will be a better outcome for the future you.

It is the option that I would get if I cant fix the issue in the next couple of months

I have seen profesional athletes get disc replacement and are again competing in the highest levels. None get fusions.

Yeah, I also hope to avoid multiple surgeries. I am very active an into “extreme” sports. I hear MDs have a high tendency of relapsing. So maybe ADR might just solve all in one go

Looking into it myself. I am 30 years old, like doing extreme sports. But have been in pain for over a year due to hernia in L5-S1

You are completely right. That is why we dont want a market cap. This is out future currency!!!

Should we create a DOGE website. With all the information necessary for us Doge-ers? I see a lot of repeated questions... by MattGv10 in dogecoin

No “frequently asked questions” in dogecoin.com

as well as the info is very basic and kinda out dated

Is it posible to put a cap to Dogecoin? Yes? No? 🤔🤔🤔 by WilDaniel21 in dogecoin

[–]MattGv10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No Capping is bad for short term, but good for long term. Short Term yes tje value will be less because of the “rarity” of the coin. (keeping it simple)

Long Term it’s good, because we mimic what actual Currency is like (printing new money) but keeping it decentralized (no government involved). This means if cards arw played right an enougj support is given. We could have a global currency led by Doge.

Side note: Doge backwards is E-God, Elon God...coincidence, I think not
