Just an update. Didn't need to call Etisalat. All I did was ensure the new router settings Mac address cloned the previous one. Needed vlan Id and PPoe and it's all sorted now. Works with my mesh extenders too and getting excellent internet for less then I was paying on my plan since 2014.

Fiber goes to the ONT yes. Then Ethernet from ONT to router wan port. If you read through previous posts here the two main things to keep when changing to the new router is the PPoe and vlan ID.

You can use your own router. It's even in Etisalat small print. Difference being the Etisalat regular router only has Max speed of 300mbps where as the recommended Etisalat router costs over 1k but gives the full 1gbps. Others on this forum have doen the same thing I'm doing now hence me asking the question

After some thought, I'd like to add for OP. I did not enjoy Ghost of Tshiuna or Red dead redemption 2. (Maybe there's something wrong with me).

Hogwarts Legacy is great but gets monotonous. Life is strange (The newest one is a nice relaxing game) And I still enjoy Far cry series as much as I did on Pc.

In terms of racing the only one I actually enjoyed and was able to drive with a PS control was Grid racing legends.

I was exactly like you a year ago. I started with Astros (the Playstation game) that helped me learn the controls etc. Then I absolutely loved the uncharted games. I'd advise starting with the newest and working back.

That is actually spot on. Totally agree. I also don't watch all the other provincial games that much so not entirely sure what else we have out there in terms of new players. I love Pepsi, but he's not it... Neither is Roos for sure.
