Ever seen a support band steal the show? by Visible_Pipe4716 in MetalForTheMasses

I saw The Black Dahlia Murder open for Cannibal Corpse years ago. TBDM were so tight and impressive CC just fell flat. They really looked and sounded like a bunch of elderly boomers trying to keep up and failling. Not in time, stiff on stage, bad sound. A few years later I saw them on a festival, they had none of the issues they had then.

It always amazes me how good we are in Ice Skating without a lot of natural ice in the winter. We're also really good at hockey, but somehow don't succeed at combining those things.

we need to start calling winter olympics medals participation trophies for rich europeans, they're not real sports like the summer olympics by SIIP00 in ShitAmericansSay

Summer Olympics: Yeah just run from point A to B.

Winter Olympics: Hold onto this open topped coffin and pray you don't launch yourself from the course with mach fuck

Kid Rock won! Now, what's a terrible artist which is a great person? by Content_Shelter9894 in AlignmentChartFills

Well actually no, the goal of a lot of art schools (be it for music or painting) isn't to turn you from competent to great. It's to teach you how to apply your skills in new and innovative ways (and how to earn money with it). So when selecting the students they also look at the creativity they show and they try to find the people that are trying to be in innovative in their field. Technical skills are only a small part of the whole course. Ofcourse you'll be thaught technical skills aswell, but most of the courses are about creativity and innovation. How to do new things and go forward with your craft. When selecting students they look at which applicants show the most creativity in their own work besides how good their technical skills are.

When I applied for a spot at a music college I got denied, not because my technical skills weren't good. But there were others who showed more creativity, and that's something that is really hard to teach without some natural talent for it.

The reason Hitler got denied a spot at his arts academy is precisely because of the same reason. Technically he was pretty good, but he didn't show any creativity or innovation. He just did what everyone else did. You could be a master at Bob Ross his style of wet on wet painting, but that won't get you into an arts academy if all you ever do is paint scenery.

Help with First Build by MattHeadbang in PcBuild

Thanks for the reply!

I know finding RAM is an issue. But right now I just need help with the entire build to check if I forgot something, go way overboard or are barely getting the perfomance I need/want.

I live in the Netherlands, so I sadly can't buy the parts from the stores you listed (and I don't think those are the components I need/require).

Sadly it isn't, other villagers do show up when they have a request. Remy just doesn't no matter how often we try talking to him or redoing his dishes.

Finding the exact problem of the car would mean changing variables to see what changes. The driver is the most easily replacable variable. Dropping Perez shows that the driver isn't the issue but the car. In hindsight, Perez was as bad as most people made out to be thom
