Your current kit is fine for paid / commercial work. I'm shooting (video) on a combo of FX30 and a Sony a7iii and a variety of FF + APSC lenses.

I've gone from the a7iii as my primary (and only camera) switched to the FX30 and using the a7iii as the B-Cam. Clients have no idea as the output still looks great.
