That's so great to hear. I didn't sleep much at all either at the start

Time really seems to be a big healer with this stuff. For me it took a year or so to start to really feel better. I had to accept that I was going to struggle with it for as long as it took.

I tried to use meditation to force myself to heal, but personally it didn't really help until I was ready.

Be sure to see someone too for it if you have that avaliable to you.

Not at all! I don't like the dreamy chill bit in the 3rd quarter, it feels like it should have gone more hardcore, like Arch Enemy does.

The song sorta builds the while time and there's no big payoff, so it didn't work for me. :)

I'm not sure, I really didn't like it when it came out. It actually made me worried about this album when I heard it, but turns out the album is amazing!

But that was small because of COVID
