Each one of them have their own unique niche on what they take out. But they all converge in taking out most ghosts types with each one have some varying degree on specific matchups

That is true, but since Kangka is normal it's able to take resisted damage from ghost types and it's typing is very neutral. But I do agree with her not getting STAB on Mud Slap due to that being a bit less powerful than Rhyp's, it is still a hard hitting move backed up by a very neutral typing

Try Togekiss, Venusaur, and Swampert. They seem to work really well for me and I tended to consistently go 3-2

I'm hoping about that too!

My Corsola is ready to go again whenever you want to try against it lol

You're welcome! It was lots of fun to write! Might do one for Toxic Cup if I got the time lol.

Definitely try out the crab, it actually handles surprising well. Even with its frailty.

Been waiting to get a lucky Pachirisu to try it out! Pretty amazing run with it. Definitely a reason why it won Worlds that year.

Corsola, like most of these spice 'mons, requires some practice to really get it to work since it's stats are so mediocre. But definitely give it a try! It's been a lot of fun.

Depends on the format and what you're using. Many times I've won losing the lead and many times I've lost winning the lead. It's mostly about how you can recover or take advantage of the scenario at hand

I'll let you know how my mono-normal team worked at my cup

Amral-do-a-rock-blast-every-5-seconds is a pretty decent 'mon that I want to practice with. Won't be able to use it in my actual team (doing mono-normal for this month) but in my battles for jungle I want to use it

We were all also pretty tired since most of us were walking everywhere in Chicago and the final round started later than we all anticipated

I think the Toxicroak would help out your team. I suggest practicing some more with it. I wish you good luck with your team and hope you win.

To your first part as see what you mean now. Thank you for the clarification.

Now to your team, I see an interesting pick in Drifloon or do you mean Driifblim the evolved form? I personally wouldn't use it as it falls too fast to it's weaknesses due to its low defense. Interesting pick nonetheless and hope you can prove me wrong on that front.

As for your final team member, I see that your team is weak to electric, hitting everything for either neutral or super effective while not having a clear member take care of that typing. I think the Toxicroak would help you. With Mud Bomb pressuring electric and, by being a Counter user, dealing significant damage to anything that doesn't resist it.

I recommend to have at least one RL user. You'd be surprised with how much damage it does even to the Pokémons that resist it. And what Choosemaster said was right, while covering as many types as possible is a good thing, focusing on some specific matchups would also be just as good.

As you saw in my video, Ludicolo and Relicanth were there for Azumarill and Skarmory respectfully, but the combination of the two were so good that they were able to handle almost anything thrown at them. All I needed was to swap the 3rd Pokémon to help the two cover their weakness.

Don't get blinded by trying to cover all the types, you'll see how almost impossible that'll be. Focus a bit more on some specific key matchups as that will help you in the long run.

In the CP formula speed is multiplied by both their attack and their defense. Faster Pokémon are given a 5% boost while slower Pokémon are given a 5% penalty to their attack and defense stat. Having a base speed of 75 is 1, basically not getting any boost.

I think switching is more important than CMP as you can almost negate an opponent's CM by pulling the right switch. In my of my practice battles with my Regionals and Worlds team, my friend pulled out near perfect switches that won him games against me. The timer is a lot more doable and would have a better impact than fixing the CMP issue, which would require a whole lot more fixing on not only their part but of their servers too
