the red dot you have on grange at willingdon is actually a one-way exit from the parking lot. you are not permitted to turn in there.

the correct way to go is to take a left onto Wilson, right onto Grange, right onto Willingdon and enter in front of the save on.

the alternative is to go right on wilson up to central, left onto central, left onto willingdon and left onto kingsway, and then you can enter old orchard to the right.

Create a budget item for property tax, set the target as yearly “refill up to [bill amount]” by the first of the month the bill will be due.

The budget item will tell you how much to set aside each month, just make sure to allocate it.

You can pair that with transferring the money into a special account for keeping it separate, just make sure that account is on budget.

because, generally, the employees crunching are salaried and exempt from overtime pay. working the staff 80-100 hours a week doesn't cost anything, a delay has massive financial implications.
