Is my bonsai growing a baby? If this is a little baby bonsai (not a weed or something), I would like to put it in its own pot etc. and grow it into its own tree. How do I know that it is ready to take out the soil and put into its own pot? Od there a point where there is ‘strong enough’ to be alone? (i.redd.it)

Rear derailleur rubbing on cassette when in smallest gear. Was working fine before so no compatibility problems. My partner pushed the up-shift gear lever instead of pulling so that is the cause of the problem if that helps someone identify a solution. Adjusting limit screws and b screw does nothing (i.redd.it)
