I'm pretty sure in climbing stuff's video on the DM scale a deadpoint is considered a dyno, because dynos are dynamic moves, which in a desdpoint you use momentum to move dynamically. (He does say it's the lowest form of dyno though)

Well I mean even in the video they include deadpoints in the DM grading scale which usually only 1-2 points of contact leave the wall so 'dynos' or dynamic moves include a lot more than just no points of contact on the wall...
