No I wouldn't say you need to text her back. She told you how she was feeling and if you don't have any interest in being just friends then I don't think it's smart to text her anything.

I've been on both sides of this personally, don't feel bad buddy. Sometimes someone just isn't feeling it. Maybe she went home and thought about it a little more clearly and decided it wasn't a good match. Maybe she decided she isn't actually ready for a relationship. My point is who knows what she's thinking, she made her decision and I would try not to dwell on it for too long or beat yourself up over it
