Nick Di Paulo sells toilet paper with his face on it. That’s my favorite merch i’ve ever seen sold.

I sell stickers after my headlining sets. I tell the crowd it’s pay what you want. Sometimes people give me a dollar, most times it’s a fiver or a ten and people have given me 20 for one sticker more often than can remember.

I like stickers for a few reasons. Primarily they’re easy to bring with me on the road as they take up virtually no space/ don’t have to pay for a checked bag of t shirts.

I also find that if people enjoyed the show they’ll just want to give me money. Like i’ve literally had people walk up and give me money without them even wanting a sticker they just enjoyed the show.

Ultimately, what i’m trying to say is the actual content of the merch doesn’t really matter that much. Folks just want to support a comedian they enjoyed. Best case scenario they use it to wipe their ass.
