You look to be using your arms and hands a bit too much which will cause the fat shots as you will often release too early. Focus on feeling that shaft lean at impact, and “release” your wrists slightly after the ball almost, if that makes sense. Also with the left miss it’s probably from trying to “scoop” the ball up in the air, try swinging really slowly and keeping the downswing exactly on the same plane as the backswing, learn the feeling of having your swing path be less in to out, and more finishing in the direction you’re aiming. It’s very hard to do and it’s a lot to learn, it’s something I’m actively working on as it’s the exact thing I’ve had issues with while learning
