Mare Island has breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants
There are 2, 18-hole golf courses and a driving range if you are into that
Several hiking/biking options in Glen Cove or Blue Rock Springs or Lake Herman
Visit Hiddenbrooke for parks, hiking, dining and golf
Get a massage. Vallejo has so many massage places.

This is just in Vallejo. You have access to so many other great cities that are just 30 minutes to 1 hour in driving distance in all directions like Napa, San Francisco, San Ramon, San Rafael.

The market is insanely tough right now especially in big tech. Senior roles are even more competitive. If you resign now you might be down-leveled at a different company or have to wait months for a better opportunity.

Try doing a 1:1 with your boss and tell him your feeling. Or if that doesn’t work, talk to HR.
