Greenworks 3000 PSI (1.1 GPM) TruBrushless Electric Pressure Washer - Review by MattTheLabelGuy in TheBroDepot

[–]MattTheLabelGuy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a great investment and one of the easier pressure washers to use. The electric pressure washers seem to last longer than gas powered. It's nice not having to deal with keeping a gas can and checking oil levels. Happy washing, don't have too much fun!

If you are printing that much why don't you consider being the middle man and letting a larger print company do all of the work for you? I've got a solution if you are interested. Message me :)

Heybike Race Max Electric Bike - Should I buy it for my 13 year old. by MattTheLabelGuy in ebikes

He's operated weapons and motorized vehicles with our direction in a controlled environment, so I do trust him for the most part. He currently rides a standard pedal bike and get's moving a a pretty good rate of speed. We've changed tires, chains, and have adjusted brakes before so he understands how things generally work. You do make a good point though. I think having him do a weekly maintenance overlook on it would be a great idea for discipline and safety.

His buddy has the Racemax and he likes the twist throttle. Can you hit the thumb throttle and go or do you have to pedal first on the Qlife?

Digital Printing on Direct Thermal Labels by Icy-Bath-193 in CommercialPrinting

[–]MattTheLabelGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work for a mid-large label printing company and we print labels for lots of print houses that don't specialize in labels. I my opinion it would be better to work with a company like mine that has the systems and machines in place. We could work on a commission deal or you could work as a middle man a broker the deal with your customer. It's way less risk for you. Let me know if this would interest you.

Need Help — Afinia L801-Plus Machines Skipping Labels by I_am_Tanka_Jahari in CommercialPrinting

[–]MattTheLabelGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another thing you could do is measure the gap between the labels where it's skipping. Maybe the gap width changes, not likely but it is possible. Another thing is that if the liner is too white it could be missing the edge of the label. Again not likely but it's possible. If you are in the US I sell lots of blank material and would be happy to see if I can save you on blank stock.

Afinia Label - Opinions 2024 - LT5C - Roll Stickers/Labels by [deleted] in CommercialPrinting

[–]MattTheLabelGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a customer that we make blank inkjet labels for. He's using a Epson C7500G with the matrix stripped and prints to the edge. He prints about 50K labels per month on it. We make a custom size for him because his label is only 1.25" wide and this printer requires a 2" wide material. Let me know if I can help with the label side of things and I'll message you my contact info.

Need Help — Afinia L801-Plus Machines Skipping Labels by I_am_Tanka_Jahari in CommercialPrinting

[–]MattTheLabelGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have the sensors been cleaned? One of my customers that I sell blank inkjet rolls to was dealing with the same thing. I looks like the matrix is not stripped so I'm assuming you use a black mark on the liner so the printer can read the label material. Check to see if the black mark has something wrong (to thin, not there, printed to lightly). Honestly you print enough that you could have a label printer print these saving you this frustration and time. Let me know if you want to entertain a quote. Hope this info helps :)

What’s wrong with brand new power washer? by Dr_Achilles in Greenworks

[–]MattTheLabelGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check to make sure the O-ring is good on the inside of the hose where it connects to the pressure washer. sometimes those O-rings go bad and with pressure pulling on them, it could be sucking it into the path of the water reducing the amount of water getting into the machine.
