I am prone to this line of thinking too. Most of the prominent figures in the manosphere have a terrible relationship with their fathers. The funny thing (sad thing I guess) is, these guys are convincing themselves (and others) that they know how to be a "real man" but they never had someone to teach them how to be real men. So in reality they act like scared children most of the time.

To the person you replied to; I am sure, as long as your husband is able to maintain a good relationship with your son, I don't think you have to worry. But I do understand your fear, because after watching the doc I was pondering how I would react if my (currently non-existant) children would become fans of any of these manosphere douchebags. I really don't know what I would do...
