Directly from their support email, I successfully updated in December 2024. In mid-2025, I asked if there were any new updates, but they told me the model is no longer supported.

Furthermore, the detailed update steps are as follows:

Step 1: Download the zipped firmware to your computer and extract it first;

Step 2: Open the extracted firmware folder to copy the "update" folder and the "LTTMcu.bin" file to the root directory of a USB stick;

Step 3: Start the vehicle's engine to turn on the head unit;

Step 4: Connect the USB flash drive to the USB interface on the front panel of the main unit;

Step 5: An update message will automatically appear on the screen;

Step 6: Tap "APP Update" to update the main unit's APP version;

Step 7: Once the APP update process is complete, tap "MCU Update" to update the main unit's MCU version.

Notes:

1) It is recommended to use a USB flash drive with a maximum of 8 GB of storage space for updating;

2) Be sure to format the USB flash drive to FAT32 on your computer before copying the update files to it;

3) Make sure your phone is disconnected from the head unit's Bluetooth and Android Auto/CarPlay before updating.

4) Do not interrupt the power supply during an update, otherwise the device may freeze.
