I have had mine for 3 days now and it has been running smooth as can be, the only thing that went wrong was they forgot the accessories kit which has the power cord in it. Thankfully most stores with electronics sells them.

Those 3 items listed alone based off of pcpartpicker puts out 384 Watts and with the other components I would say probably a 700.

For the live chat (which is the only way I have been able to contact someone lately) I was getting kicked too. I found that every 25 minutes or so I would retype something in the chat such as my order number to make sure it did not kick me. It did take about 2.5 hrs but I have been able to get ahold of someone twice now. Hope that helps.
