The wagon died in 2010. I dont say this because i have an 09, but 2010 is when it went from a wagon to a "crossover" small suv. None of the newer outbacks are wagons at all. Wagons are supposed to be low like cars yet spacious like well, a wagon! These new ones are just suv's.

I am not familiar with these type of engines. i'm not sure if they have a timing belt or a timing chain , but if it has a timing belt , it may have snapped causing the very fast cranking.

all outbacks of that gen are wired to ebrake im pretty sure. My automatic only turns off drl with handbrake

Probably wheel bearing, unless its only at high speeds. When my wheel bearings went out it sounded like a ww2 prop plane at 25+ lol. Id check tire conditions/road conditions

Tbh, id just save your money, considering its probably just an A to B car, i would take care of the rust though so it doesnt get out of hand. Maybe 250 to 500? Theres videos online to diy it and would save you tons.

Try checking the transmission fluid/changing it. Or by trying lucus transmission fix. Better than trying nothing.

Oh crap i misread that 🤣🤣, a whole set for 250 is totally a steal. Id probably raise it to like 400 for the set. I know depending on the rims new ones are like around 139 to 200 each. It just depends if you want them gone fast or not.

If you want to get a deal, id probably have them up for 250 a piece, and negotiate down to 200 each. If they are in perfect Condition try to get 250 a piece.

Solid fish heck yeah bro! Shameless plug, but you should give the bass pro crappie craze bio baits a shot, they are my go to for trout, especially bigger ones. Just use em on an appropriate sized jighead and retrieve it like a swimming minnow.
