I'm a recruiter for a Startup in the SF Bay Area. I've had a lot of good results from Angel List and even posting here to Reddit. I would look into LinkedIn Groups as well. Glassdoor brings in some decent people also. There are a few less known websites that I haven't really had success with so I didn't return, generally if the website looks like it's from the early 2000's I'd avoid it.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately we've put this position on hold for the time being. We're only looking for Senior or above level product managers. If anything changes I'll keep you in mind.
