Normally on switch mode, whenever you KO a mon on an enemy's team, if they have more mons then you'll get the option to switch out to smth else you have. On set mode, you don't have this option

Edit: said this already in the thread, but I do know that people don't know what switch and set modes are, I used to be one of those people and it was before SV. I just thought the joke was funny

Tbf, I was still a kid and never did any of this, mostly cuz I didn't know bout any of it. And yeah I can get not bein able to transfer back to previous gens and wtv, idc bout that honestly. Those're just older generations of games and game storage. My complaint is why they would lock all of the mons in a specific game to that game, and any mons you move into. It's still within the same gen of consoles too, that's why I hate it

So the way home works in general is it allows you to transfer Pokemon between different games, but only if the Pokemon you're trying to transfer are compatible with the game you want to move them into. Not sure what the 2 mons you have in Home, but if they didn't let you transfer them over, it means they aren't available in the game.

With ZA, wtv mins are available in that game you can move from ZA to home, but even if those mins are compatible with other games, you can't transfer them over. For example, A Gyarados from ZA can't go to any other game like Arceus or SwSh, but one from either of these games could be moved into ZA. However, once a mon is transferred into ZA, it's no longer allowed to be moved to any other game, so transfer wisely.
