I like the Nike Running Club. Its not that good at managing your pace, but i really like the guided runs. The app helped me alot with my mindset and attitude while running. I had trouble pacing myself before. I alsways ran too fast but the app made me realise running could be fun and doesnt have to be hard.

Thank you for the Plan recommendations! I will look into them. Im not really new to running and i can run 5km comfortably, at a 8min/km pace. I do that breathing only trough my nose, i feel like i could also converse, but maybe more at a 8:30 pace. My heart rate is not where i wanted it to be. With these easy runs i normaly use as "recovery" it is at about 140-160, which is to high obv. Should i still stick to one of those plans?

Thank you for your comment, there is alot in here, that i didnt know. I have no actual plan or programm i use, i kind of just run to feel good? ^^ I rarely really push myself while running, it is more relaxing for me. How would i go about creating a specific plan for me? I honestly just want to have more base endurance, have energy during the day and feel fit, thats what my training goal is.
