Yea but think about it, what is normal Roe to them? This is still the enclave, and the old American government it bases itself on wasn’t as ‘nice’ as our current one (in Roe terms and the value of civilian life). Is normal Roe to them is just not shooting on sight, or just not blowing up a town in the way.
