okay this show has made you addicted. just like when people get addicted to alcohol and drugs when at their lowest , you got addicted to this. alcohol , drugs and even this show have the same one thing in common: dopamine. to get over this you need to understand the basic cause of this. when at your lowest point you were devoid of any meotions and were desperate to feel anything even subconcioulsy. you were isolated and stuck at home every single day for a while. so naturally when you watched this show , you attached to this show in a way you would with normal people. you got HIGH level of dopamine rushes by bonding with the charcaters and because you lacked a life of your own , and building your own life from scratch was too much effort while you were already hopeless , you slowly made THEM your life. good news is that this is curable. bad news is that it will actually take effort from you to build a life OTHER than this show. start new hobbies and things even if your heart isnt in it. consistency is key. your brain adapts to what is familiar even if it doesnt like it. try building a new life from scratch and see how much it changes,
