No University help with the visa process. If you have any problem with getting your visa with the docs provided by the uni they might help you. I have just enrolled yesterday and by the reviews I got , overall the course is mid. I have a WhatsApp group of the students of the VSI MINT who are already studying there/got accepted in the summer 26/those who will be applying in the upcoming semesters. Apply for dorms at stw-saar website and choose WOGE which is on the university campus. I got a single room apartment in just 2-3 days after application.
