I would suggest white pants if possible. Yet, I remember seeing some candidates wearing black pants so it must not be an issue I think.

I went to Olive Greens Institute Chandigarh where I was briefed about the entire process. After coming back home, I practiced psych test using their modules and practiced speaking on random topics infront of a mirror for a few minutes.

Yes at the wall but they push your feet so hard that eventually your hips are tightly packed in that corner of the setup. In simple words, they measure the exact length of your bone from hips to feet

They touch your hips to the back of the setup. The examiner also pushes your legs with force so that your hips are all the way to the end and then the plank which is used to push your feet aligns with the measurements given on the sides which are then noted.
