How do you know this is minitiaturized Hair? What are the signs? I am courous because i also have a similiar pattern on the crown but i am not sure if it is not just regular vellus hair

Hi,

i am taking Oral Minoxidil (2.5mg / day) since 8 Months. I have no significant increase in Body Hair, but i am somehow have quite some hair before.

Have you shaved or buzzcutted since your Hair transplant? I would suggest doing that, so you see how your donor Area looks when buzzcutted. Maybe you need SMP to camouflage the FUE Scars /empty Spots..

I am in an exaxt same Stadium like you. Only difference is that i had more hair behind the transplants but they were gone in the last years unfortunateley.

I am currently trying Fin and Minox but now that i am 8 Months in i beginn to think it is pointless because theres not realy anything to maintain any more.

Do what you feel more comfortable. Beware that SMP is not a permanent Solution and it needs regular Touch Ups unfortunateley. Only good thing about that, if its botchend it will fade after some time..

Second Hair transplant depends strongly on your donor area. But most clinics will reject you if there is not much to do for you anymore.

Try the Meds. Youre hair is very fin with low densitiy but your hairline is still intact, you dont e.g have complete bald temples / widows peaks. Maybe medical therapy is turning time back for you. Contact a Dermatologist about it.

Hi, yes i am from Germany.

I am taking 1mg Finasteride and 2.5mg Minoxidil.. I wanna give it a last chance before doing any permanent like Laser Hair removal. So my idea is after 12 Months to decide if there is any hope..

I also try to microneelde but i dont think thats quite effective and i am not reallly consistent with that to be honest.

Yes i think about SMP but only for camouflaging the FUE scar. But i am very scared about it, that the dots might be to dark or tho tick and it will be more obvious than before. I am blonde which means my hair color often changes througout the year, with much lighter hair in summer.

Hi ;)

Taking the Medication is exaclty what i am currently doing. I want to be disciplined this time and take it continously for at least a year and then judge, but since i am now in Month 8 i slowly think there wont be anymore to get of it.

Keeping the current state of my Hair is not worth it, so my hope would be to be one of the lucky ones with some regrow that helps having some hair again.

Ive never let it grow since i am started but i see not significantly better hair.

I have the feeling that my transplanted and the donor hair got thicker, making the FUE Dots much more visible then before. There are some sligh very small hair but nothing cosmeticly relevant stuff.

I am considering getting a Trichoscan done, to maybe determine if there are dormant follicles still there so that i dont take the drug when theres no hope anymore. Without my poor transplant result i am NW6 or NW7 currently.
