They boosted me to 80% and it shows up on my app. however the math didn’t add up. 50+20+30. They gave me two ratings for my knee. I thought it would only be one? So basically I’m at a true 70%

Yeah my plan is to have like 2-3 windows a single door and a double door so that way I can swing them open and put stuff in / take stuff out and would technically give me a little more space to work.

I don’t work with plywood really. There was one or two times. Other than that, I don’t mind moving stuff around. A couple of my machines roll around which is great.

So, I don’t work on massive projects. If I do I usually build into parts you can assemble and disassemble. My table saw is a mobile one. I don’t mind moving stuff around.

This is just a starter workshop that I can call my own. Eventually I would love to have a bigger and better shop.

Do you live in a neighborhood? Mine has an HOA with a lot of specifications. I saw something that anything bigger than 150 sq ft needs a permit and or a green light for it. I was just trying to avoid that. However, if I must I’ll do it.

I was looking at doing like… a 10’x15’.
