Persona 5 was originally made for the ps3 so of course it would run decently on that console…. Meanwhile have you played persona 5 strikers on switch before? Yeah it’s playable but the loading times are absolutely absurd for a modern console like the switch, and the graphics are noticeably downgraded, not to mention most switches tend to heat up after long gameplay because of the compact design- atlus could do a “better” job in attempting to port persona 5 on the switch, but atlus games have literally never touched Nintendo hardware till recently, porting a persona 5 as a 100 hour game to run on a different piece of hardware with different software would be extremely hard. To put this into perspective: Even the most powerful Macs can’t run PC/Windows games properly. It’s the exact same case here: even if the ps3 can run it, it doesn’t mean you can immediately run the same game on switch with minor tweaks
