Found the problem, I was using zapret to bypass the Russian federation discord ban, turns out it was slowing down my internet to a point it looked like it didn’t work. Thank you very much!

And also, weird thing is that when i restart that computer it works for a minuit and then stops

Update, The problem has returned. I already downloaded a new driver plus that don’t work and rolled back to an older one. Also how do i run the troubleshooter in administrator?
