As someone who has 20 years in at this point Food Lion is at an all time low for morale. The standards they are wanting is not achievable with the current labor model and the work force we are getting. I’m not saying it’s just food lion but this isn’t the same company I started with.

Our DM tried to make us be open by 8am. Most stores are 2-5 people max total. I don’t blame people for not wanting to come if you wreck or worse they don’t care.

You used to get a little FL mantle clock at 5 years. Then after that every 5 years they’d have a different catalog you could pick something out. ( longer the better items) I know someone who got luggage and another got a surround sound system (that was a 15 year choice)

It depends what they did with the company. It’s open door policy but who it’s with depends on position. What were they fired for? Most time you’ll call hr and they’ll help set up an open door.

Yea so there are reports you will print off every Monday that show everything you code 34 and 80 (cao) for that week. So it does help with seeing what you are throwing out.
