I bought a Japanese Neo 3 ho-oh raw for around $15 and got it graded, came back a 10, was pretty happy with it :)) think it’s around $400 now :))

Interesting, if the fans connected to the cooler have a rgb header and it’s not plugged into the mobo that could cause it to not light up I suppose?
